The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

RYAN TROMBLEY, 40, of 15 Maple Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged April 11 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 11 at approximately 4:26 p.m. Trombley turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on March 12, 2016. Police reported Trombley stole a video game, valued at $40, from the victim. Trombley was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

RETEMAR ROBINSON, 38, of 157 Southwind Road, Waterbury, was charged April 12 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on April 12 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Robinson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident on Jan. 23, 2016. Police reported Robinson struck a light pole and drove from the scene. Robinson was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond.

STEVEN CASELAS, 61, of 86 Wooster Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 12 with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on April 12 at approximately 5:42 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Caselas stole $199.98 worth of lobster tails. Caselas was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

EFRAIN VELEZ, 26, of 11 Quentin St., Waterbury, was charged April 12 with driving under the influence, possession of controlled substance and narcotics kept only in original container.

Police reported on April 12 at approximately 11:37 p.m. officers responded to a suspicious motor vehicle complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Velez was operating under the influence of alcohol. He was also found to be in illegal possession of narcotics, police reported. Velez was given a court date of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

RICHARD LYONS, 27, of 2144 Waterbury Road, Cheshire, was charged April 13 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on April 13 at approximately 12:48 a.m. officers responded to 66 Church St. for a disturbance. When the officers arrived, police reported, they found Lyons walking on Church Street, who began to yell at the officers. Police reported Lyons was advised to calm down several times but continued to rant and walk away from the officers. Lyons began to bang on a vehicle that did not belong to him when the officers were trying to speak with him, police reported. Lyons was given a court date of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ALEC GRIDLEY, 32, of 11 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged April 13 with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Police reported on April 13 at approximately 7:58 p.m. officers responded to 11 Curtis St. 1st floor for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Gridley held the victim’s arms so she could not call the police for assistance. Gridley was given a court date of April 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER MARRA, 28, of 7051 Maddox Drive, Huntington Beach, was charged April 13 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported at approximately 1:38 a.m. Marra was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Marra was given a court date of April 29 to appear in New Haven Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 bond.

JONY FERNANDEZ, 26, of 1233 Rubber Ave. Ext., Naugatuck, was charged April 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 14 at approximately 12:30 a.m. officers responded to 361 High St. 1st floor for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, both males shoved each other. Fernandez was given a court date of April 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

CRISTIAN FERNANDEZ, 25, of 361 High St., Naugatuck, was charged April 14 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on April 14 at approximately 12:30 a.m. officers responded to 361 High St. 1st floor for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, both males shoved each other. Police reported Fernandez left the residence prior to the officers’ arrival. He was found walking in the area. When Fernandez saw the officer he initially ran, police reported. He was located in a cemetery on High Street. Fernandez was given a court date of April 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

SHANNON DRAPEAU, 44, of 93 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged April 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 14 at approximately 2:57 p.m. officers responded to 93 Irving St. for a domestic disturbance. During the incident the victim advised that Drapeau pushed her, put the victim in a “leg lock” and grabbed her hair, police reported. Drapeau was given a court date of April 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DIANA JOHNSTONE, 29, of 118 Bear Hill Road, Bethany, was charged April 15 with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Police reported on April 15 at approximately 4:33 p.m. Johnstone was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a stolen motor vehicle. Police reported Johnstone took the victim’s vehicle without permission. Johnstone is known to the victim. Johnstone was given a court date of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,500 surety bond.

STEVEN GAGNER, 26, of 173 Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 15 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 15 at approximately 9:52 a.m. an officer responded to 173 Osborn Road for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Gagner pushed the victim. Gagner was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

SHEILA VARELA, 21, of 2 Cotton Hollow Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 15 with risk of injury to child.

Police reported on April 15 at approximately 5:47 p.m. an officer responded to St Mary’s Hospital for a child who ingested marijuana. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the child ingested a small amount of marijuana while in the care of Varela. The child was not harmed and DCF was notified, police reported. Varela was given a court of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DONOVAN BOSQUE, 34, of 47 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged April 15 with two counts of violation of protective order.

Police reported on April 15 at 8:27 p.m. officers responded to 47 Galpin St. for a domestic disturbance between former spouses. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bosque was in the victim’s home in violation of an active protective order. Bosque was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on April 15 at 11 p.m. officers responded to 47 Galpin St. for a violation of a protective order. Bosque was arrested earlier in the night for a domestic disturbance. After being released he returned to the victim’s home in violation of a protective order, police reported. Bosque was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

ROBERT J. NOONAN, 22, of 70 North Main St., Beacon Falls, was charged April 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 15 at approximately 11:30 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Noonan was operating under the influence of alcohol. Noonan was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LIONEL TORRES, 28, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 15 with disorderly conduct and threatening.

Police reported on April 15 at approximately 11:13 p.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 9B for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Torres punched a hole in a wall and threatened to harm the victim. Torres was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

ASHLEY PETRAFASSI, 26, of 94 Fairfield Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 16 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 16 at approximately 1:30 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 exit 29 North. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Petrafassi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Petrafassi was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MARC GUARDIANO, 19, of 31 Jason Court, Naugatuck, was charged April 16 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on April 16 at approximately 2:36 p.m. officers responded to 31 Jason Court for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, the two were involved in a physical altercation resulting in damage to a wall in the home. After the altercation, Marc Guardiano held a pocket knife and threatened to harm Jose Guardiano, police reported. Guardiano was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

JOSE GUARDIANO, 18, of 31 Jason Court, Naugatuck, was charged April 16 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on April 16 at approximately 2:36 p.m. officers responded to 31 Jason Court for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, the two were involved in a physical altercation resulting in damage to a wall in the home. Guardiano was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JASON DUGAN, 32, of 205 Fairfield Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 17 at approximately 12:10 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dugan was operating under the influence of alcohol. Dugan was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

ANGELO SOTO, 40, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on April 17 at approximately 12:21 a.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 8L for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Soto threw a cell phone at the victim striking her in the head. Soto was in the home in violation of an active protective order, police reported. Soto was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
