The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

LAURA CABRAL, 34, of 1335 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, was charged Feb. 29 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Feb. 29 at approximately 4:51 p.m. Cabral turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Jan. 11, 2016 between former husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Cabral slapped the victim. Cabral was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL ACCETTULLO, 34, of 28 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 29 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Feb. 29 at approximately 8:47 p.m. Accettullo turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on 1Jan. 11, 2016 between former husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Accettullo pushed and slapped the victim. Accettullo was given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS KARAS, 51, of 150 Norris St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 29 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Feb. 29 Karas was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint made on Jan. 28, 2016. Police reported Karas continued to contact the victim, who is an acquaintance, through text messaging and phone calls after he was advised not to. Karas was given a court date of March 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

VICTOR BAPTISTA, 44, of 54 Rosario Drive, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 29 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 29 at approximately 7:10 p.m. officers responded to Porter Avenue for a suspicious motor vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Baptista was operating under the influence of alcohol. Baptista was given a court date of March 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CHERYL MATTHEWS, 51, of 111 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 29 at approximately 7:33 p.m. officers responded to 111 Wooster St. Apt. 7D for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Cheryl Matthews slapped Thomas Matthews, who then struck Cheryl in the face. Matthews given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS MATTHEWS, 58, of, 111 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 29 at approximately 7:33 p.m. officers responded to 111 Wooster St. Apt. 7D for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Cheryl Matthews slapped Thomas Matthews, who then struck Cheryl in the face. Matthews given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW RICHARDSON, 36, of 63 Townhouse Road, Hamden, was charged March 2 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 2 at approximately 12:26 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Oak Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Richardson was operating under the influence of alcohol. Richardson was given a court date of March 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PAUL LAPOINTE, 36, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 2 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on March 2 at approximately 12:35 p.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 2E for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Lapointe damaged a front door to the residence. During an argument, police reported, Lapointe grabbed the victim by her jaw. Lapointe was given a court date of March 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ, 23, of 193 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged March 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 3 at approximately 12:26 p.m. Rodriguez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Rodriguez was given a court date of March 4 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 cash bond.

DANIEL ELLIS, 30, of 234 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 3 with second-degree failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia and March 4 with second-degree larceny and second-degree reckless endangerment.

ALBERTO RODRIGUEZ JR., 42, of 65 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 3 at approximately 9:14 p.m. officers responded to 65-2 Round Tree Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an incident, police reported, the victim advised that Rodriguez grabbed her by the hair and put the ball of his hand to the side of her face causing a mark on her face. Rodriguez was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BRIAN CHANDLER, 30, of 21 Albert Place, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy at third-degree burglary and conspiracy at second-degree criminal mischief.

SHAWN CHANDLER, 49, of 243 Hewey St., Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy at third-degree burglary and conspiracy at second-degree criminal mischief.

JOSH WISE, 27, of 46 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged March 4 with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and threatening.

Police reported on March 4 Wise was arrested on an active arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on Feb. 26, 2016. During that incident, police reported, Wise became involved in an argument with the victim and grabbed her by her wrists and pushed her back up against a wall. Police reported Wise then grabbed a hot curling iron the victim had been using with one hand and the victim by the neck with the other and told her he was going to kill her if she did not listen to him. Wise was given a court date of March 7 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL ULATOSKI, 57, of 11 Pinewood Xing N, Naugatuck, was charged March 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 4 at approximately 8:54 pm an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Silver Beech Road. Police reported Ulatoski was observed to be driving erratically and observed driving out of the lane of travel. Through the officer’s investigation Ulatoski was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol, police reported. Ulatoski was given a court date of March 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM HARRISON, 30, of 283 Colonial St., Oakville, was charged March 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 4 at approximately 9:11 pm an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Leonard Drive in Middlebury after receiving a report of an erratic driver in Naugatuck heading towards Middlebury. Police reported the vehicle was located and Harrison was observed to be driving erratically. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, Harrison was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. Harrison was given a court date of March 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Cour and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL LAURO, 27, of 25 Gibson Road, Milford, was charged March 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 5 at approximately 1:31 a.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. Police reported Lauro was observed to fail to stop for a posted stop sign at the intersection of Meadow Street and Terrace Avenue, and was stopped. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, Lauro was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. Lauro was given a court date of March 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DANIEL RENZONI, 20, of 701 Beacon Valley Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 5 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 5 at approximately 3:31 p.m. officers responded to 701 Beacon Valley Road for a domestic disturbance between stepfather and stepson. During the incident, police reported, the victim advised that Renzoni threw a pan at him while they were arguing that struck the victim in the arm. Renzoni was arrested and given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

BIANCA PEREZ, 30, of 74 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 12:27 a.m. officers responded to 74-4 Ridge Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During the incident, police reported, Perez advised that she started pushing the victim in the chest and that he grabbed her by the throat and pinned her against a wall. She stated he then threw her onto a bed and when she got up he again grabbed her by the throat and held her against a wall, police reported. The victim advised he was hit in the face by Perez and denied having any physical contact with her, police reported. Perez was given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

RYAN WARNER, 28, of 74 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 12:27 a.m. officers responded to 74-4 Ridge Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During the incident, police reported, the victim advised that she started pushing Warner in the chest and that he grabbed her by the throat and pinned her against a wall. She stated he then threw her onto a bed and when she got up he again grabbed her by the throat and held her against a wall, police reported. Warner advised he was hit in the face by the victim and denied having any physical contact with her, police reported. Warner was given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JACQUELYN NITOWSKI, 59, of 1898 Prairie Crossing Drive, Nobelsville, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 10:20 p.m. officers responded to 357 Scott St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During the incident, police reported, the two became involved in an argument that led to pushing and grabbing causing visible minor injuries including small cuts and scratches. Nitowski was given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

RONALD NITOWSKI, 62 of 1898 Prairie Crossing Drive, Nobelsville, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 10:20 p.m. officers responded to 357 Scott St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During the incident, police reported, the two became involved in an argument that led to pushing and grabbing causing visible minor injuries including small cuts and scratches. Nitowski was given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.
