The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

RACHEL BERNARDO, 23, of 42 Terrace Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 15 at approximately 9:17 a.m. Bernardo turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Bernardo was given a court date of Feb. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 cash bond.

MICHAEL MARZANO, 45, of 109 Johnson St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 15 Marzano turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Marzano was given a court date of Feb. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

RYAN ORLOWSKI, 21, of 12 Portland St., Manchester, was charged Feb. 16 with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Feb. 16 at approximately 2:48 a.m. officers responded to 33 Coen St. 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Orlowski left the victim’s residence. He returned, a short time later, and damaged a door to gain entry, police reported. Orlowski was given a court date of Feb. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

JAHAIRA PEREZ, 26, of 305 Wolcott St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 16 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 16 at approximately 9:45 p.m. Perez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Perez was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 cash bond.

DONALD DUBAY, 43, of 5 Highland Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with third-degree possession of child pornography.

LUIS DELVALLE, 28, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell marijuana and three counts of risk of injury to child.

VALERIA MILOMES, 29, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with second-degree false reporting an incident, second-degree false statement, possession of marijuana and three counts of risk of injury to child.

RACHEL CASSIDY, 25, of 72 Tomlinson Road, Seymour, was charged Feb. 17 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 4:48 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Cassidy was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JEFFREY GUGLIELMO, 22, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 6:53 p.m. Guglielmo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of failing to respond to an infraction that had previously been issued to Guglielmo. Guglielmo was released on a $136 cash bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 2.

CHARLIE ARROYO, 29, of 21 North Beacon St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 19 with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and threatening.

Police reported on Feb. 19 at approximately 9:54 a.m. Arroyo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint made on Nov. 1, 2015. Police reported Arroyo called the victim several times leaving threats through voicemail. Arroyo was given a court date of Feb. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

DEBORAH MCDONALD, 56, of 976 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 19 at approximately 4:40 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McDonald was operating under the influence of alcohol. McDonald was given a court date of March 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOHN J. MCGRATH, 63, of 59 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 19 at approximately 6:30 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation in the parking lot of the police department. Police reported McGrath arrived in the parking lot to pick up a recently released party. McGrath backed his vehicle into the party, police reported, no injuries were reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McGrath was operating under the influence of alcohol. McGrath was given a court date of March 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ENSHALISE EDWARDS, 45, of 1149 Putnam Ave., Brooklyn, was charged Feb. 19 with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Feb. 19 at approximately 11:39 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Edwards stole $520.96 worth of Nexium. Edwards the area in a vehicle after being approached by loss prevention. Police reported Edwards was later found walking on May Street, where she initially ran from the officer. Edwards was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

GARRETT BEST, 22, of 46 Autumn Ridge, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 20 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Feb. 20 at approximately 4:57 a.m. officers responded to Locust Street for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Best struck a fence and utility pole and was attempting to drive from the area. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Best was operating under the influence of alcohol. Best was given a court date of March 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

NELSON PEREZ, 45, 8 Vose St., Ansonia, was charged Feb. 20 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 20 at approximately 2:03 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Perez stole a HP PC and comforter set with a total value of $639.82. Perez was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. The bond not stated in report, which was not completed.

MONICA M. TARDY, 29, of 128 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 20 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Feb. 20 at approximately 5:51 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Tardy removed less expensive UPC’s and taped them to more expensive items. Tardy had been previously stopped for shoplifting and agreed not to enter Walmart property, police reported. Tardy was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety.

MARQUES BOND, 21, of 40 Fifth St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 20 with sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation, and Feb. 21 with two counts of failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 20 at approximately 10:04 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Bond stole infant formula valued at $108.76. Bond gave a false name to the officers during the investigation, police reported. Bond was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Police reported on Feb. 21 at approximately 12:13 a.m. Bond was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Bond was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

LYNDSAY WASILUS, 29, of 925 Oronke Road, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 21 with sixth-degree larceny, possession of controlled substance: narcotics and obtaining drugs illegally.

Police reported on Feb. 21 at approximately 1:16 p.m. Wasilus turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Aug. 15, 2015 at CVS. Police reported Wasilus, who was an employee of CVS, stole the victim’s prescription. Wasilus was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LISA CHINOVA, 25, of 49 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 21 with two counts of disorderly conduct, fifth-degree larceny, second-degree threatening, violation of protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 21 officers responded to 49 Anderson St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Chinova kicked doors in the home and threw a bowl of chili at the victim. The altercation was in violation of an active protective order. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Chinova was wanted on two active arrest warrant for failure to appear. Chinova was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

Police reported on Feb. 21 at approximately 1:07 a.m. Chinova was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance, between mother and daughter, reported on Jan. 8, 2016. During an argument, police reported, Chinova threatened to harm the victim and stole money and prescription pills. Chinova was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

RYAN DUFF, 27, of 71 Kingswood Lane, Wolcott, was charged Feb. 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 21 at approximately 4:11 p.m. officers responded to Stop & Shop for a larceny complaint. Police reported Duff stole $51.96 worth of shrimp. He ran from store employees but was stopped a short distance away from the store, police reported. Duff was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
