The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DEBORAH BRYANT, 54, of 1045 E. 217th St., Bronx, N.Y., was charged Dec. 13 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 13 at approximately 8:34 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Bryant stole $36.84 worth of merchandise. Bryant was given a court date of Dec. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW GARGUILO, 27, of 67 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 14 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear and three counts second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 14 at approximately 3:27 Garguilo was arrested on active arrest warrants. Garguilo was given a court date of Dec. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

LUIS ALBERTO ESTEVES, 34, of 342 Woodtick Road, Wolcott, was charged Dec. 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge and failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Dec. 15 at approximately 6:52 a.m. the accused turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Esteves was given a court date of Dec. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

MEGHAN DAVEY, 29, of 192 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 16 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Dec. 16 at approximately 8:07 a.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation. The driver, later identified as Ablert Burgos, was observed driving the vehicle by the officer. Burgos had a female passenger, in the vehicle, later identified as Meghan Davey. Police reported Burgos ignored the officer’s emergency lights and sirens and began passing vehicles on New Haven Road. Burgos turned onto High Street and swerved into the opposing lane striking a vehicle head on, police reported. Burgos exited the vehicle and stated Davey was operating the vehicle. Police reported Davey also lied to the officer stating she was driving the vehicle at the time of the pursuit and accident. Both parties were placed under arrest. Davey was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ALBERT BURGOS, 29, of 140 Fulkerson Drive, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 16 with engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer and reckless driving.

Police reported on Dec. 16 at approximately 8:07 a.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation. Burgos was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior court for the criminal charges and a court date of Dec. 24 for the motor vehicle charges. Burgos was released on a $10,000 surety bond for the criminal charges and a $15,000 bond for the motor vehicle charges.

ALEXANDRIA BEAUVAIS, 28, of 34 Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 17 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 17 at approximately 7:25 p.m. officers responded to 34 Tolles Square for an assault. Beauvais is the victim’s ex-husband’s girlfriend. Police reported the victim arrived at Beauvais’ residence to drop off clothing for her child. Beauvais exited the home and hit the victim multiple times, police reported. Beauvais was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

LIZMARIE NEGRON, 19, of 857 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 17 with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 17 at approximately 8:17 p.m. officers responded to 89 June St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. Police reported Negron arrived at the victim’s residence after being advised not to. When the victim’s boyfriend answered the door, police reported, Negron pushed her way into the home. The victim and boyfriend attempted to push Negron out of the home. During that time, police reported, Negron hit both parties. Negron was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

ROBERT CROWTHER, 29, of 3 Hill St., Seymour, was charged Dec. 17 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 17 at approximately 8:58 p.m. Crowther was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Crowther was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 court-set surety bond.

JUSTIN BELLERIVE, 31, of 404 Sylvan Lake Road, Oakville, was charged Dec. 18 with use of drug paraphernalia and first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 18 at approximately 11:18 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Anderson Street. During the investigation, police reported, Bellerive was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe and empty glassine bags. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bellerive was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Bellerive was given a court date of Dec. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

JAIME SILLS, 34, of 493 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 19 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 1:36 p.m. officers responded to 493 North Spring St. Apt. D for a domestic disturbance between mother and adult son. During an argument, police reported, Sills pushed the victim. Sills was given a court date of Dec. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

MICHAEL KUCEWICZ, 48, of 171 Nettleton Ave., Milford, was charged Dec. 19 with conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 6:52 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Kucewicz and Samantha L Kucewicz selected items from the store and attempted to return those items for a gift card. The fraudulent return had a value of $132.06, police reported. Kucewicz was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

SAMANTHA L. KUCEWICZ, 27, of 171 Nettleton Ave., Milford, was charged Dec. 19 with sixth-degree larceny.

VICTOR CONCEPCION, 39, of 100 Fulkerson Drive, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 20 at approximately 2:22 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Concepcion stole a Kiddizoom smart watch and earrings which had a value of $137.44. Concepcion was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.
