NAUGATUCK — Winifred Irene Palmoski, 100, passed away on Monday, Oct. 28, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital.
Winifred was born in Naugatuck on Aug. 26, 1913, daughter of the late Broneck and Valeria (Jankowski) Palmoski. She was a lifelong Naugatuck resident, and she retired from Uniroyal, Inc. after 25 years of service. She was a member of Holy Saviour National Catholic Church.
Winifred is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her five brothers.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. from the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, to Holy Saviour National Catholic Church, 118 Prospect St., Naugatuck for services at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
