NAUGATUCK — Veronica A. Kutzscher, 83, of Naugatuck, entered into eternal rest on Aug. 21, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury.

Mrs. Kutzscher was born in Bridgeport on May 21, 1929, daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Szymanski Bike. She was a resident of Derby and Bridgeport, before moving to Naugatuck six years ago.

She is survived by two loving sons, Michael E. Kutzscher (fiancée Vema) of Queens, N.Y., and Stephen M. Kutzscher (Lisa) of Oxford; four loving daughters, Sherri Scholz (Daniel) of Boynton Beach, Fla., Darlene Ouellette (Robert) of Roswell, Ga., Bobbi Jean Mitchell of Naugatuck, and Lori Constable (Peter) of Redmond, Wash.; two brothers, Joseph Bike Jr. (Marie) of Pennsylvania and John Bike Sr. (Maureen) of Arizona; three sisters, Caroline Collins of Trumbull, Margaret DeVeny (Ed) and Mary Shacoski (Robert) of Shelton; brother-in-law, Lidio Raffaeli of Stratford; sisters-in-law, Martha Bike of Fairfield and Marilyn Barker of Stratford; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Justine Mitchell; brothers, George Bike and Lowell Barker, and a sister Catherine Raffaeli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Veronica’s funeral service and celebration of her life on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home, 62 Beaver St., Ansonia, with Deacon Richard Renker officiating. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 12 p.m. until the service begins. Burial will be private.
