COVENTRY — Mark Trzaski, 48, of Coventry, formerly of Beacon Falls, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Donna (Guisti) Trzaski.

Mark was born in Waterbury on July 19, 1965 a son of Henrietta (Piasecki) Trzaski of Tampa, Fla., and the late Chester Trzaski. He was a graduate of Emmett O’Brien Tech and worked as a sub station electrician for Northeast Utilities.

Mark’s life revolved around being with family and friends. He was a truly dedicated husband and father. He was a former member of the Beacon Hose Company No. 1. He enjoyed Harleys, fishing, boating, RC cars, and decorating for Christmas. He was affectionately known by his family and friends as “Clark Griswold.” He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Boston Red Sox fan. His favorite thing though, was making people laugh and teaching us all how to “Live Life Big!” He was a huge presence in so many lives. He will be missed beyond all measure and forever loved. We thank God for bringing him into our lives. We have all been richly blessed.

Besides his loving wife, Mark is survived by his two adoring daughters, Madison and Mackenzie Trzaski of Coventry; a sister, Deborah Bruton of Tampa, Fla.; three brothers, Chester Trzaski and his wife Stella of Virginia, Frank Trzaski and his wife Kathy of Georgia, and Richard Trzaski and his wife Marge of Beacon Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, brother and sister-in-laws, whom he greatly loves, and many wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Prospect Congregational Church, Center Street, Prospect. Family and friends are asked to please meet directly at the church. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect.
