NAUGATUCK — Kenneth F. Charters, 55, was called home to play music for the Lord surrounded by his loving family May 11 at Waterbury Hospital.

He is mostly noted for being one of the founders, lead singers and guitarists of the southern rock “Uncle Chick Band” followed by the “Full Circle Band.” He was a welcome addition to many guest performances with his contemporaries.
