NAUGATUCK — Mr. Joseph Dana, 69, passed away on Friday, Sept. 16, at Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Kathy (Bird) Dana.
Mr. Dana was born on Sept. 7, 1942 in Waterbury a son of the late Frank, Sr. and Serfina Dana. He was a former employee of Mattatuck Manufacturing.
Besides his wife, he is survived by son, Joseph Dana Jr. and his wife Mary of Naugatuck; his daughter, Laurel Dana of Bridgeport; two brothers, Frank Dana of Prospect and Tony Dana of Phoenix, Ariz.; two grandchildren Kaitlyn and John Dana. He is also survived by his former wife, Carol Marks of Ansonia.
He was predeceased by one brother, Sal Dana.
Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck is in charge of the arrangements.
