NAUGATUCK — Mr. Henry M. Klosenski, 81, of Naugatuck, passed away early Sunday evening July 24, at the Hilltop Health Center in Ansonia. He was the husband of the late Ann Marie (Devlin) Klosenski.

Mr. Klosenski was born in Seymour, March 27, 1930, a son of the late Henry M. Klosenski, Sr. and the late Marion (Quinn) Klosenski and had previously lived in Beacon Falls for about 24 years, moving to Naugatuck 24 years ago. He retired in 1990 from Sherwood Medical after 10 years of service. He was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. His hobbies included fishing and archery and in 1969 he won the state championship competition.

He leaves his children, two sons, John M. Klosenski of York, Maine and Brian P. Klosenski of Naugatuck; two daughters, Karen Oliver of California and Maryann Jennings of Oxford; one sister, Shelia Givens of Hamden; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 27, at 8:30 a.m. from the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 2201 Meadow St. and proceed to St. Francis of Assisi, 318 Church St., Naugatuck, for a mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
