NAUGATUCK — David Frederick Carlson, Jr., 43, of Naugatuck, formerly of Seymour, entered into rest peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 18, at Yale-New Haven Hospital, after a brief illness.
He was born in Derby on Feb. 17, 1968, son of David F. Carlson, Sr. of Seymour and Adriana Marinelli Carlson of Naugatuck. David was a former member of the Seymour United Methodist Church. He was an HVAC student at Porter and Chester Institute and enjoyed working on his computer. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
His loving family, in addition to his parents, includes his sister, Deana Reichardt of Derby, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service in celebration of David’s life will be held on Sunday, Jan.15, at 11 a.m. at the Seymour United Methodist Church, 90 Pearl St., Seymour. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Miller-Ward Funeral Home, 26 Bank St., Seymour, is caring for the family.
