NAUGATUCK — Charles Michael “Mike” Hitchcock, 62, of Naugatuck, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, at his home.
Mike was born in Waterbury, Sept. 4, 1959, son of Catherine Perock Hitchcock of Naugatuck and the late Charles Edward Hitchcock. He was a graduate of Emmett O’Brien Technical High School. He was an electrician and self employed as a jack of all trades.
Mike was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed trap and skeet shooting, as well as hunting and fishing. He will be remembered for his big smile and laugh that could fill the room.
In addition to his mother, Mike is survived by his sisters, Jackie Martins of Plymouth and Mary DePinho of Middlebury; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Lawlor and Ron DePinho; former brother-in-law, Joe Martins, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Peter Hitchcock; and sister, Jody Lawlor.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Kelly-Brennan Funeral Home, 61 South St., Waterbury.
