NAUGATUCK — Barbara (Miller) Centinaro, 72, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of Joseph Centinaro.

Mrs. Centinaro was born on Feb. 3, 1941 in Waterbury a daughter of the late Buch Miller and Thelma (Crystal) and was also raised by her uncle Sarge Tower in Woodbury. She was retired from Condor Pacific where she worked as a CNC operator for many years. She was a graduate of Woodbury High and was the union treasurer of local (62) for many years. She was devoted to her family.

Besides her husband she is survived by her daughter, Christine Johnson and her husband David and step-son, Chris Darcy; four grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, David Johnson, Becky Addon, and Megan Ballough; three great-grandchildren, Alan Boucher, Skyler Michaud, and Jaylym Michaud. She will also be missed by her brothers and sister, Alan Miller, Dick Miller, Vickie Hackett, George Kingsley, Brad Clark and Larry Clark.

She was predeceased by one son, James Rhoades and one sister, Norma Sciascia.

Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck is in charge of the arrangements.
