MIDDLEBURY — Anthony M. Troisi, 82, husband of the late Carol Anne (Galeski) Troisi, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital VITAS Innovative Care Unit.
Born in Waterbury on March 12, 1938, he was son of the late Giacomo and Angeline (Ciullo) Troisi. Anthony was a longtime resident of Middlebury and spent much of his retirement in Florida. He owned and operated AT Transmission in Naugatuck for many years with his family until his retirement.
Anthony is survived by his sons, Scott, Brian, Donald and Anthony; his daughters, Andrea Forrest and Carrie O’Brien; his seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Gary Troisi.
Anthony had a passion for cars and boats, and enjoyed a lifetime of fishing and boating with his family and friends.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at a future date, and burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Waterbury. The Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, is assisting the family with arrangements
