NAUGATUCK — Earl K. Phillips, 95, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Beacon Brook Health Center. He was the husband of the late Lorraine (Lusk) Phillips. Mr. Phillips was born Nov. 3, 1927, in Williamsport, PA, the son of the late Earl and Florence (Douty) Phillips.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of American Legion Post #17. He worked for Waterbury Farrel for over 30 years as well as the Naugatuck Glass Co.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his Godson Paul Dell’Anno and his wife Christine of Waterbury.
In addition to his wife and his parents, he is predeceased by his sister-in-law Arlene Lusk and his good friend Marie Dell’Anno.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St.
Burial with military honors will follow in St. James Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
