PROSPECT — David P. Houle, 66, died unexpectedly on March 20, 2023 at his home.
David was born in Waterbury on Feb. 11, 1957, son of the late Rene and Agnes (Jablonowski) Houle. David was raised in Naugatuck, where he graduated from St. Francis Grammar School and Naugatuck High School, class of 1975, and then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University.
Dave retired in 2014 after working for 35 years as a fiscal officer for the state of Connecticut in the Department of Information Technology. Dave lived in Prospect for the past 35 years and was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church.
David is survived by his daughters, Michelle Houle (Evan Tallmadge), Stephni Houle and Nichole Houle (Christian Sua); his grandson, Simon; his sister, Diane H. Devine (James Devine); and his nephews, Michael Devine (Amy) and Stephen Devine (Kaitlin).
In addition to his parents, Dave was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Houle Breen.
