AYNOR, S.C. — Carol A. Jeannin, 81, formerly of Waterbury and Bristol, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022 at Conway Medical Center in S.C. She was the wife of the late Richard Jeannin Sr.
Mrs. Jeannin was born April 25, 1940, in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Leroy and Carrie (Mott) Harper. She was raised in Waterbury and had resided in various communities before settling in South Carolina.
She is survived by her children, Richard Jeannin Jr., Jeffrey Jeannin and his wife, Dawn, Karen Clifford and her fiance, Bill Longo; her sister, Lynn Fortier; grandchildren, Ryan Jeannin, Gabe Jeannin, David Wilder, Kenny Wilder, Katie Lindsly; great-grandchildren, Dalton Jeannin, Sawyer Jeannin, Cody Wilder, Makenzie Lindsly, Benjamin Lindsly.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Joy and Charles Greider, and her daughter-in-law, Chris Jeannin.
Funeral service and committal will be at a later date at Evergreen Cemetery, Watertown. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
