NAUGATUCK — Woodrow Lapham, 97, husband of the late Helen (Slavin) Lapham, passed away at Waterbury Hospital on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021.

Born in Waterbury, on March 3, 1924, he was the son of the late Henry and Albertine (Garceau) Lapham. He was a longtime Naugatuck resident, and spent his career as an eyelet toolmaker. Woodrow was a proud World War II, United States Army veteran. He was an antique car enthusiast, having owned a Model A Ford and a Packard.

He leaves his children, his son, Donald Lapham and his wife, Claire, of Woodbridge, Va.; his daughters, Janice Guerin of Decatur, Ga., and Brenda DiCarlo of Torrington; his three grandchildren, David Lapham, Michael Lapham, and Katie Lyn Wolfe; his three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
