NAUGATUCK — Michele Carrano, 64, passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by her friends and family. She was predeceased by her longtime companion, Bayless “Billy” Eperly.
Ms. Carrano was born Feb. 1, 1955 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Michael and Isabelle (Beck) Carrano. She was a graduate of Trumbull High School, and studied at Teikyo Post University. Michele was a self-taught professional artist, and therapeutic recreation director at Oak Cliff Adult Daycare and Almost Family Adult Daycare.
She is survived by her two sisters, Judy and her husband, Don Donofrio, of Conway, S.C., and Linda and her husband, James Floroski, of East Hartland, numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and her beloved cat, Anastasia.
A service for Michele will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 210 Church St., Naugatuck. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at church. A celebration of life will follow in the church hall. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury is assisting the family with the arrangements.
