WATERBURY — Joseph Luzio, 67, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was the son of the late Antonio and Rita (Gouveia) Luzio.
Joe was born July 4, 1951 in Waterbury, and worked in various restaurants in the area, tending bar and cooking. He was a lifelong Waterbury resident, having spent a short time in Texas.
He is survived by his siblings, Anthony of Texas, Manuel (Joyce) of Naugatuck, Arthur (Patricia) of New Brunswick, Canada, and Lionel (Eugenia) of Waterbury; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family, and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
