WATERBURY — Adrian E. Brouillette, 89, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his loving wife of 60 years Janice (Pudvar) Brouillette

Adrian was born on Oct. 24, 1923 in St. Albans, Vt. a son of the late Arthur and Rose (Bovat) Brouillette. He was a retired employee of the Kerite Co. of Seymour where he worked for 17 years. He was a communicant of St. Francis Church, member of VFW Post 1946 in Naugatuck and an avid car enthusiast. He was a veteran of both WWII and the Korean conflict.

Besides his wife he is survived by four sons, Paul Brouillette and his wife Christine of Naugatuck, Gilbert Brouillette of Danbury, Capt. Todd Brouillette of the Naugatuck Police Department and his wife GailAnn of Naugatuck, Tracy Brouillette and his wife Lisa of Prospect; one sister, Mary Bissonnette of St. Albans, Vt. He will also be missed by his eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one brother, Howard Brouillette and one sister, Elizabeth Gadouas.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck to St. Francis of Assisi Church for a mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, VA at a later date. The family will receive friends on Monday evening at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m.
