She was born in Waterbury on Feb. 20, 1940, daughter of the late Vincent James and Susan (Mclaughlin) Thrall. Catherine had lived and worked most of her life in Beacon Falls and Naugatuck. She had worked for Cole Screw Company, Sperry Automatics, as well as other companies in the area.
She leaves her son, Alexander J. Adamski, III of New London; her daughter, Jamie D. Morazzini and her husband Anthony of Woodbridge; her sister, Margaret Wild and her husband Larry of Cheshire; her grandson, Evan J. Morazzini, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Shannon Adamski.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held on Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
