The survey is aimed at Naugatuck community residents and the information gained from the survey will help inform the direction of future services as well the agency itself. The department hopes the survey will help obtain a better evaluation of departmental strengths and target areas for future training, creative development and growth. The end goal will be to increase the impact of its youth services programming and become a model for intercommunity collaboration.
The survey is available until Dec. 15 online here. For more information, call Youth and Family Services Director Christina Gamble at (203) 720-5673.
