BEACON FALLS — The Woodland Regional High School Hall of Fame committee is seeking nominations for its third class, which will be inducted this fall.

This will be the first induction since the WRHS Hall of Fame moved to a biannual induction process and this will also be the first year with a dinner event.

Nominations are sought for candidates in any of the four WRHS Hall of Fame categories: faculty/staff, alumni, athletics and contributors. Staff/coaches must be retired from full-time teaching/coaching and alumni from the WRHS class of 2008 and prior are eligible.

All nominations should be made via the WRHS Hall of Fame’s website, halloffame.wrhsonline.net. All are welcome to submit nominations, which will remain open through May 2. Questions can also be submitted via the website.

The WRHS Hall of Fame was founded in 2011 to celebrate the school’s 10th anniversary. Nine members have been inducted in the first two classes. The inductions were held as part of the school’s academic awards night. The committee is currently planning details of the inaugural dinner induction event, which will be held this fall.
