NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the photography of former Naugatuck resident Bernadine Brody Kane this month.
This month’s exhibit is entitled “Beyond the Lens with Bernie” and focuses on the beauty of the natural world. Kane’s subjects include animals, florals, still lifes, architecture and people.
Kane’s interest in photography began when she worked as a newspaper reporter for the Washington Eagle based in New Milford and several other area newspapers, a news release stated.
The exhibit can be viewed at the library, 243 Church St., during normal hours. For information, call 203-729-4591.
