NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the artwork of Stan Tracy this month.

Tracy, of Southbury, studied drawing and painting at Ohio State University, a press release stated. After completing his post-graduate studies in Florence, Italy, he returned to Ohio State where he became an art instructor. In 1954, he accepted a position to teach at the University of Connecticut, and then later he went on to work as a graphic artist at Xerox.

This month’s exhibit, titled “Homage to Cezanne,” represents the artist’s affinity to painter, Paul Cezanne, the release stated.

The exhibit can be viewed at the library, 243 Church St., during regular library hours. For more information, call the library at 203-729-4591.
