NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the artwork of Liane Loinger this month.
Loinger, a Southbury resident, received formal art training at Mills College in California and at Parsons School of Design, Pratt Institute, and the Art Students League, all in New York, a press release stated. She explores several mediums while painting, including oils, acrylics, and watercolors, and has had exhibits in the Woodbury and the Southbury libraries as well as at the New Milford Historical Society.
