Whittemore features work of mixed-media artist

WhittemoreLibraryNAUGATUCK — During the month, the Whittemore Library will be featuring the work of mixed-media artist, printmaker and sculptor, Jeffrey Golub-Evans.

Golub-Evans, a Warren resident, uses a variety of printmaking techniques to produce woodcuts, linocuts, engravings, collographs and lithographs. This month’s exhibit includes several reworked prints that combine woodcuts with photography.

Golub-Evans studied at Hamilton College, The National Academy of Fine Arts and New York University Division of Fine Arts as well as with noted printmakers, Bob Blackburn and Krishna Reddy.
