NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the photography of Naugatuck resident Heather Testa throughout the month.
Testa, who is currently a student at Western Connecticut State University, works in both digital and film formats and specializes in portrait sessions. This month’s exhibit is currently on display on the Whittemore Gallery Wall and features both black and white as well as color images.
