NAUGATUCK — Police said that 17-year-old Carson Peterpaul, who was reported missing, was located.
Peterpaul, a foster child from Massachusetts, was reported missing on Aug. 21 and seen in Naugatuck last week. Police reported on Monday that Peterpual was found safe and unharmed.
