United Way preparing for Festival of Trees

NAUGATUCK — The United Way of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls is seeking groups and individuals to participate in its 10th annual Festival of Trees.

The United Way will provide trees and a limited number of wreaths at no cost. Groups or individuals are responsible for decorating the tree or wreath using a theme. Contributors can also provide their own trees. All trees must be artificial.

Trees and wreaths are available for pick-up through Nov. 23. They will then be auctioned off during the festival, which will be hosted at Ion Bank, 87 Church St. The festival begins with a cocktail reception on Dec. 2.
