NAUGATUCK – Todd M. Russell passed away unexpectedly in his home on Dec. 18, 2023.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1962, to Roberta Snyder (Moffat/Russell) and the late Edward Russell. Todd grew up in Beacon Falls. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, animals and hanging out with his friends. He worked as a landscaper and roofer for many years.
He is survived by his mother Roberta Snyder; brothers Scott Russell (Elena) and Ross Paul Snyder; sisters Ronni Russell and Alyson Snyder; nieces Krystal Johnson, Robin Russell-Light (Tommy), Aren DelVecchio and his furry niece Gara (aka Pumpkin Puss); nephew Paul Johnson; great-nieces Alithia DelVecchio and Wynter Light; great-nephew Marc Johnson.
He also leaves behind his uncles James Russell, Henry Russell, Charles Russell (Carol) and Doug Moffat (Beth); aunts Joyce Vialano (Bob), Rita Russell, Mary Fusco, Patricia Moffat-Parker and Angelina Moffat. He also leaves behind many cousins.
Todd was predeceased by his dad Ross Snyder; father Edward Russell; grandmothers Isabela Moffat and Ruby Russell; grandfathers George (Scottie) Moffat and Frank Russell; brother Marc Russell; uncles George (Red) Moffat, Ronald (Butch) Moffat, John (Jack) Moffat, Bobby Russell, Jerry Russell, Joseph Russell and Frank Russell; aunts Ruby Russell, Sara Russell and Marge Russell.
Last but certainly not least, his beloved fur babies Dixie and Thunder.
A celebration of life will be in the spring, date and time to be determined.
