BEACON FALLS — State police are investigating a theft from a O & G Industries, Inc. in Beacon Falls.
According to a police report, 24 pieces of 2-by-4 metal plates and a stonecrusher were taken from the company’s property at 1 Railroad Ave. Ext. The stonecrusher is tan, 5 feet in diameter and 3 feet tall and weighs about 14,000 pounds, according to police. The theft was reported the morning of March 24.
According to the company’s website, the site in Beacon Falls is a concrete plant.
Police have no leads in the case, the report stated. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to contact Trooper Ross Kuchyt at Troop I at (203) 393-4200.
