NAUGATUCK — A City Hill Middle School student was arrested Sept. 25 after police said he brought a BB gun to school.
An officer responded to the school shortly after 8 a.m. after the 13-year-old student was found with the BB gun, police said.
He was charged with breach of peace. He was given an Oct. 8 court date to appear at Waterbury Juvenile Court and released to his parents.
