Stacy Spangler and Richard Star were married Dec. 3, 2011, in Branford at The WoodWinds. A dinner reception followed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jane and Kerwin Spangler of Simsbury.
The bridegroom is the son of Anna Staruchowicz of Scranton, Pa., and the late Stanley Staruchowicz.
The bride had Stephanie Rinaldi as her maid of honor.
The groomsmen included Jon Handwerk and Kevin O’Donnell.
Mrs. Star is a vice president, senior event marketing manager at J.P. Morgan in New York City.
Mr. Star is a member of IBEW, Local 3, and resides in Beacon Falls.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia. They are the proud parents of three cats.
