NAUGATUCK — During the month, The Whittemore Library will be featuring the artwork of members of the John Caskey Memorial Art Class.
Class members meet weekly at the Naugatuck Senior Center on Meadow Street, and under the direction of noted local artist Judy Jaworski, they are instructed in the exploration of a variety of mediums including acrylics, oils, pastels and watercolors.
Area seniors are encouraged to enroll in this free class which is held every Monday from 1 to 3 p.m. All art supplies are provided by the borough.
This month’s exhibit can be viewed on The Whittemore Gallery Wall during regular library hours. The library is located at 243 Church St. For more information, call the library at (203) 729-4591.
