REGION 16 — Superintendent of School Michael Yamin will be conducting some “Meet and Greets” with various groups over the next few weeks.
Yamin started as superintendent in the region, which oversees schools in Beacon Falls and Prospect, Sept. 2. The following meet and greets are scheduled:
Sept. 16: Prospect Town Council, Prospect Town Hall, 36 Center St., 7 p.m.
Sept. 17: Dessert with the superintendent, Beacon Falls Senior Center, 57 North Main St., 1 p.m.
Sept. 18: Woodland Regional High School (lobby in front of the auditorium), 135 Back Rimmon Road, Beacon Falls, 6 to 7 p.m.
Sept. 30: Long River Middle School (cafeteria), 38 Columbia Ave., Prospect, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Oct. 30: Dessert with the superintendent, Prospect Senior Center, 6 Center St., 1 p.m.
