Road rage leads to arrests in Beacon Falls

BEACON FALLS — A Waterbury woman and local man were arrested Wednesday after a road rage incident that started in the New Haven and Woodbridge area and ended in town.

Lacey Brandon, 26, of 74 Wesley St., Waterbury, who was driving a vehicle, was charged with improper passing and breach of peace.

Joseph Guluzy, 44, of 11 South Circle, Beacon Falls, who was operating a motorcycle, was charged with throwing an object at a motor vehicle or on a highway, third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Police said the incident started in the New Haven and Woodbridge area about 3:05 p.m. and culminated in an argument in front of the Beacon Falls Resident Trooper’s Office on North Main Street. The arrest report didn’t provide any further details.
