PROSPECT — The Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agency (CIRMA) recently presented Mayor Robert Chatfield with a check for $14,054, the town announced in a press release.
The money is the town’s prorated share of CIRMA’s $5 million members’ equity distribution for 2017. CIRMA, the town’s insurance carrier, began its Members’ Equity Distribution Program in 2011 and has distributed a total of $19.7 million to its members. CIRMA is a nonprofit association of Connecticut municipalities, school districts and local public agencies.
