PROSPECT — Worx Branding & Advertising President and Chief Creative Officer Grant Copeland was named to the 2011 Forty Under Forty class.

Each year, a jury of past winners selects a new class of the area’s top 40 professionals, under the age of 40, for demonstrating significant success in their careers, a passion for what they do, a dedication to community involvement, and an appreciation for seeking balance in their lives.

“It’s truly an honor to be one of the 40 professionals chosen for this award,” said Copeland, in a prepared release. “When you’re doing what you do, every day, you never imagine that you might be recognized for it. It feels great, though, knowing that my passion for the profession has placed me amongst some of the most successful young business people in the area.”

Worx Branding & Advertising is a branding and advertising firm that specializes in integrated communications across multiple media. The business was established in 1987 and is located in Prospect.

Copeland merged the communication firm he owned and co-founded, i2i Creative, with Worx in 2005. In 2009, Copeland assumed the role of president, helping drive two consecutive years of record growth for the 24-year old agency.

“As an agency, we’re very proud to have one of our own recognized with such an honorable award. For the work he’s done to help drive Worx and our client base forward, and for what he’s accomplished so early on in his career, Grant undoubtedly deserves the recognition,” said Worx managing member Joe Gugliotti in the release.
