NAUGATUCK — A 19-year-old borough man who was reported missing has been found safe, police said.
Anthony Marrero was reported missing Wednesday morning after he left his home at about 5 p.m. Tuesday following an argument with his foster parent, police said.
Police reported Wednesday after that he was located unharmed.
