Police charge students with pulling fire alarm


NAUGATUCK — Two Naugatuck High School students were arrested this week after police said they deliberately pulled a fire alarm at the school.

Police said the two 14-year-old girls pulled a fire alarm near the cafeteria at about 7:20 a.m.   Wednesday. The girls were charged with falsely reporting an incident, first-degree reckless engagement and breach of peace. They were given a court date to appear at Waterbury Juvenile Court and released to their mothers.
