NAUGATUCK-The Peter J Foley Little league has scheduled tryouts for the 2011 season at the Hillside Middle School Gymnasium.
Tryouts are as follows:
March 19 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., ages 10 and 12, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., ages 9 and 11, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., ages 7 and 8, and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., girls softball league ages 8 to 12.
March 20 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., ages 7 and 8, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., ages 10 and 12, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., ages 9 and 11, and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., girls softball league ages 8 to 12.
All league players ages 9 through 12 not currently on a major league team must attend tryouts. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes to tryouts. Bring a glove for tryouts and any bat you wish to use.
