Mayor Bob Mezzo revoked the indefinite parking ban on Naugatuck streets effective at 4 p.m. today.
Mezzo originally ordered the ban Jan. 28 because narrow streets with snow piled up at intersections made it dangerous for motorists and pedestrians to get by.
The last few days of warm temperatures melted the snow enough for the Public Works Department to widen the streets and remove snow from intersections, Mezzo said on his blog. Mezzo advised motorists and pedestrians to travel with caution as snow and ice continues to melt.
