She worked on Wall Street NYC as a young woman, at Peter Paul of Naugatuck for many years and as a visiting nurse of Waterbury for a few years. A devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi of Naugatuck and then a long time, devoted parishioner of St. Vincent Ferrer of Naugatuck. There she taught CCD classes for a few years. She was a member of the St. Vincent’s Ladies Guild and a Eucharistic Minister visiting the local nursing homes to deliver comfort. She enjoyed her many good friends at St. Vincent’s doing charity work and the like. She helped raise her grandchildren and spent a lot of time with her family and the vacations they took together. She enjoyed crocheting, classic movies, beautiful music, bingo, scrabble and trivia. She was always good, kind and caring and will be dearly missed by all of us.
