NAUGATUCK — Karen K. Dinneny, 69, widow of Joseph J. Dinneny, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015 at Paradigm of Torrington.
Mrs. Dinneny is survived by her son, Joseph “Joey” K. Dinneny; three sisters, Anna (Nancy) O’Neil, Sheron Shepard (Bob), and Jean Schmaling; two brothers, Charles E. O’Neil (Annie) and James O’Neil, and many cousins. She also leaves her best friend and caregiver, Kathy Palmieri, who provided Karen with many years of love, friendship and care.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. from the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church St., Naugatuck, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
