NAUGATUCK — Julie Ann Carlson, 62, passed away Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017 at Beacon Brook Health Center in Naugatuck. She was the wife of John A. Carlson.
Mrs. Carlson was born May 5, 1955 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late John and Stephanie (Zdrodowski) Kirdzik. She was a lifelong Naugatuck resident where she attended local schools and graduated from Naugatuck High School, Class of 1973. She enjoyed soccer and played in the Naugatuck Ladies Soccer League.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years. Besides her parents, Mrs. Carlson is predeceased by her son, John.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Grove Cemetery, 1 Cross St., Naugatuck. There are no calling hours, and memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., Rocky Hill, CT 06067-3045. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
