NAUGATUCK — Felismina A. Rodrigues, 88, the wife of Francisco “Frank” Rodrigues, died peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017 with her husband by her side, as he’s been for the past 66 years. She joins her son, Frank Amador Rodrigues, who passed away in 2013.
