NAUGATUCK — The ongoing construction project at Naugatuck High School will cause school to have early dismissal for three days this week.
School starts on Wednesday in Naugatuck, and all schools except for NHS will have full days all week. NHS, however, will get out at 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Construction crews are adding the finishing touches on an $81 million renovate-to-new project at the high school.
Principal Jan Saam said time to complete the work was shortened because school went until the end of June due to all of the snow days last year.
