Trail, Village open

NAUGATUCK — Santa’s Christmas Trail and Christmas Vendor Village is open and will run on the weekends until Saturday, Dec. 17 and Sunday, Dec. 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

The indoor event will feature a spectacular holiday light show walk-through, holiday lights, lasers, robotic lights, snow, bubbles, video and holiday music.

The event will also include an interactive giant sized Christmas video game, food vendors and crafters. There will be no admission cost for the Christmas Village section.

Strobe lighting and other intense lighting will be used during this show. It will not be safe for those with epilepsy and other conditions with sensitivity to light.

NAUGATUCK— The Naugatuck History Museum will celebrate its grand opening at the Tuttle House on Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m.The museum will open to the public to veiw Naugatuck’s Town of Dreamers City of Invention.

WATERBURY — The Connecticut Accordion Association orchestra will perform holiday favorites under the direction of Peter Peluso on Dec 10, from 2 to 4 p.m.

This event will take place at Mattatuck Museum, Waterbury.

OXFORD — Griffin Healthcare invites you for a 12 week Wellness for Life event starting on Dec.13 to March 7. The program will be held every Tuesday, 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Griffin Center for Healthy Living, 300 Oxford Road.
